Spring, Sprang, Sprung

Spring has sprung! I never thought I'd be saying that so soon. And actually, the first day of Spring in Ireland was February 1st. I couldn't help but notice the change in weather and scenery on my way to work yesterday. I thought I'd give you an early taste of Spring by sharing some pictures of buds and blooms that I took in the Dublin Castle gardens.

Chester Beatty Library in the background, where I am no longer employed. They wouldn't give me the time off to travel with my family, so I had to quit. Luckily, I can still work up until they come - and I'll need to, because I certainly need the moolah!

And when I got home from work, I was greeted by a rainbow right off of our balcony. I bet there really were leprechauns and a big pot of gold at the end of this one!
